Victory: Final economic stimulus plan removes $1 billion for nuclear weapons complex

Thanks to the thousands of emails and calls our supporters made to the Senate, and the letters to the editor to highlight the issue in the media, we've scored a big win. $1 billion in taxpayers' money will not be given to the National Nuclear Security Administration, which oversees the nuclear weapons complex, as part of the economic stimulus plan.
